The social center of Meriam Park is the Tank District, which will feature unique shops, bars, restaurants, a shared-use kitchen, natural food market, multiple music venues, and a heavy concentration of fresh, locally-sourced farm-to-table food products. From local wines, spirits, oils and nuts to hand crafted “Tank-District” products from our makers, Meriam Park is designed to support each other in a unique and strategic way. For example, a baker or coffee roaster would be placed next to a grocer and restaurants whom they could supply, which would be next to a courier service that delivers meals to area residents and senior housing areas, and so on. The end goal is to create a thriving, sustainable community.


198,254 SF of planned Retail and Commercial Space, 36,750 SF of Residential and 48 Apartments. An 11,000 sf steel Maker Building is currently under construction to be completed Summer of 2018. An 8,500 sf retail building is also under development to begin construction this Summer. New tenants will take occupancy at the end of this year!
