Feel safe in your 3rd floor location in the Andres Building with its secure elevator access and feel connected with its prime location on Notre Dame Blvd & Market place. 

So Take a minute to enjoy the view from your balcony with some take out, or for those more restless head downstairs to check out the action! Walkable restaurants, health & wellness, coffee, a juice shop and a new ice cream parlor all await around the corner!

• All utilities included in the rate - no need to put services in your name!

• Queen bed featuring a nest organic mattress and luxury organic sheets, pillows, towels, etc.

TWO OPTIONS FOR BOOKING

1. AIRBNB

• Application fee and deposit are not required

2. MERIAM PARK LEASING OFFICE - AVOID AIRBNB HOSTING FEES! 

• Application fee of $40 per applicant

• A background and soft credit card check will be run on all applicants

• Must provide proof on income

• Renter’s Insurance required

• Deposit: $300-$800 depending on unit and length of stay

• Administrative fees: None

• Notice to Vacate: 30 day notice needed

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

• Parking: Free in private lot adjacent to building and on street

• Pets: Not allowed in the Odelia Suites.
  (However, we do have 2 units elsewhere in Meriam Park that are pet friendly.)
