A Country Afternoon at The Barn

We’re closing out the CSU Chico and Butte College semesters with a high-energy, country-themed celebration at The Barn—and we’re inviting local vendors to be part of the experience. Afternoon vendors and an open mingling space lend way to a line dancing tutorial hosted by Chico Sate Line Dancing Club, and a set by country cover band Missing Grey in the evening.

We’re seeking vendors who want to be part of a memorable end-of-semester celebration filled with music, movement, and community spirit. Western-themed items encouraged, but not required.

Event Date: May 16th, 2026

Vendors: 2pm-6pm

1. Vendor must supply their own table, chairs and pop up tent.

2. You will be assigned a designated 10x10 space on the lawn or gravel outside of The Barn for set up.

3. Event liability insurance is required upon request.

4. Vendor fee is $45

Application deadline: Wednesday April 1st, 2026.

Applications will be reviewed after the deadline, and vendor confirmations will be sent by April 10th.
