Oktoberfest in Chico is returning to The Barn at Meriam Park! Join us October 2–3, 2026, for Chico Oktoberfest featuring German-inspired food, local Oktoberfest beers, live music, carnival games, contests and festive fun. Gather your friends and celebrate Oktoberfest in the heart of Meriam Park.
Friday October 2nd, and Saturday October 3rd are 21+ events.

Chico Oktoberfest takes place at The Barn at Meriam Park, located at 1930 Market Place in Chico, California. Free parking is available throughout Meriam Park, with access to The Barn from 20th Street or Notre Dame Boulevard.

CSU Chico Dining Services will have a booth for you to order Oktoberfest style food. Menu to be announced!
The tap trailer will also be serving pretzels, popcorn and other snacks.

We will have Oktoberfest and fall-themed beer selections from local breweries including Sierra Nevada, Farmers Brewing, Ramble West and more - all available at our tap trailer and other locations on the Barn property.
There will also be wine, malt beverages and non-alcoholic options available.

Yes, parking is readily available for free throughout Meriam Park.
We also recommend ride sharing and biking whenever possible. Please be responsible.

Yes! Lederhosen and dirndls are encouraged, but not required. We will also have a costume contest during each night with prizes from the local community.

Yes! Join us for Funtober Fest, an all ages event Sunday October 4th, 2026 from 2pm-6pm. There will be face painting, arts and crafts, games and local 90’s cover band Radio Relapse will play from 3pm-5pm.
